Despite all the care we take in choosing our suppliers and our production factories, it may happen that following a purchase on our site, you encounter a problem with your product. To best respond to your request, we invite you to send to the previously indicated address the following information:

 

1) Your order number or if you no longer have it, your name or that of your company

2) Your email address as well as your phone number

3) Photos or even better videos of the problem encountered

It is only upon receipt of these various elements that our after-sales service will be able to validate your file and initiate the appropriate procedure.
