Terms of delivery

Delivery times for orders:
No claim against us will be entertained in the event of late delivery due to the carrier or your failure to be present on the day of delivery.
Transport tracking: Your goods may be dispatched from several warehouses. When your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an e-mail indicating the tracking number(s) for your goods. The tracking number(s) will enable you to visit our transport partner's website to find out the delivery date(s) for your order. The carrier cannot guarantee a delivery time and our company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the goods for any reason attributable to the carrier.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for the carrier's re-submission charge.
Delivery: Our products and goods always travel under the responsibility of the carrier or the customer in the event of a return. Unless otherwise agreed, products are delivered to the ground floor, on the doorstep, to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
All deliveries must be made in the presence of the delivery person and the contents must be systematically checked before the delivery note is signed.


Au moment de la livraison et en présence du transporteur :
1) Vous disposez de 10 minutes pour ouvrir les colis et les contrôler en présence du livreur. Si un ou plusieurs articles sont endommagés, contactez-nous au 05 32 62 96 63. Si vous n'arrivez pas à nous joindre, vous devez refuser les articles en indiquant OBLIGATOIREMENT sur le bon de transport "Article + nom de l’article refusé car endommagé + description du problème" + prenez des photos et/ou vidéo et envoyez-les dans les 24 heures à l’adresse sav@malys-equipements.com . Si le colis présente des traces d'ouverture, veuillez vérifier son contenu devant le livreur.

2) Vérifiez que le nombre de palettes ou de colis est conforme à celui annoncé sur le bon de livraison du transporteur. Normalement le transporteur indique la quantité de palettes ou colis sous les références « NB DE UM » ou « UM ». Détachez le bon de livraison du fabricant qui est collé sur le film d’une des palettes. Ouvrez-le et vérifiez que le nombre de colis annoncé est conforme au nombre de colis sur les palettes (comptez-les). En cas de manquant de palette/colis : vous devez noter impérativement le nombre de colis ou palette manquantes sur le bon de livraison avant de le signer.

La vérification de l'état de votre produit est considérée comme effectuée dès acceptation du colis.


It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all return costs for an unjustified refusal of goods. No refusal on the grounds of "change of address" will be accepted and an additional delivery charge will be applied before any re-delivery. Before any change of address, you must contact us on 05 32 62 96 60 to find out how.
