Delivery times
The delivery times are communicated for information purposes only.
No claim will be accepted in case of delay attributable to:
- to the carrier,
- to a case of force majeure,
- to a customer absence during the visit,
- to an accessibility difficulty of the delivery site,
- or to any event beyond our control.
The company cannot be held responsible for a delay, a postponement, or a non-delivery attributable to the carrier.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, the re-presentation fees, storage or return costs will be entirely borne by the customer.
Transport tracking
The goods can be shipped from several warehouses.
A shipping email containing the carrier tracking number(s) is sent to the customer.
The carrier cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure an effective presence on the communicated date and to check the tracking link to anticipate the delivery day.

Except with prior written agreement:
- Delivery to the doorstep building or shop
- To the address provided at the time of order
The customer must ensure:
- The site accessibility for heavy goods vehicles
- The absence of obstacles preventing delivery
- Road compliance
- The physical ability to receive the goods (Bulk order)
