Terms of delivery

Delivery times for orders:
No claim against us will be entertained in the event of late delivery due to the carrier or your failure to be present on the day of delivery.
Transport tracking: Your goods may be dispatched from several warehouses. When your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an e-mail indicating the tracking number(s) for your goods. The tracking number(s) will enable you to visit our transport partner's website to find out the delivery date(s) for your order. The carrier cannot guarantee a delivery time and our company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the goods for any reason attributable to the carrier.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for the carrier's re-submission charge.
Delivery: Our products and goods always travel under the responsibility of the carrier or the customer in the event of a return. Unless otherwise agreed, products are delivered to the ground floor, on the doorstep, to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
All deliveries must be made in the presence of the delivery person and the contents must be systematically checked before the delivery note is signed.


At the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier:
1) You have 10 minutes to open the parcels and check them in the presence of the delivery person. If one or more items are damaged, contact us on 05 32 62 96 63. If you are unable to contact us, you must refuse the items, MUST indicate on the delivery note "Item + name of the item refused because damaged + description of the problem" + take photos and/or video and send them within 24 hours to sav@malys-beaute.com . If the parcel shows signs of having been opened, please check the contents in front of the delivery person.

2) Check that the number of pallets or packages is as stated on the carrier's delivery note. Normally, the carrier indicates the quantity of pallets or packages under the references "NB DE UM" or "UM". Detach the manufacturer's delivery note, which is stuck to the film on one of the pallets. Open it and check that the number of packages stated on it matches the number of packages on the pallets (count them). If any pallets or packages are missing, you must make a note of the number of missing packages or pallets on the delivery note before signing it.

Verification of the condition of your product is considered to have been carried out as soon as the parcel has been accepted.


It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all return costs for an unjustified refusal of goods. In the absence of a justified refusal and a complaint within the stipulated maximum period of 24 hours for "breakage, product received not conforming to the order or received damaged" expressly issued and noted on the delivery note by the customer at the time of delivery, the customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods 
products delivered will be deemed to be in conformity and no further complaints may be made to our company. The words "subject to unpacking" or "subject to functioning" are not acceptable. No refusal on the grounds of "change of address" will be accepted and an additional delivery charge will be applied before any re-delivery. Before any change of address, you must contact us on 05 32 62 96 60 to find out how.
